Owner is very rigid and set in her ways. Ive been having my nails done for 20 years so know a bit about the process! Apparently cant do coffin shape on nail lengths below 2cm??? Apparently cant do ombr on pre light coloured coloured acrylic, you have to have a new set??? They do not like filing coffin shape none of them! Today it was busy and service slow as not many staff. I had to tell the guy twice - please can I have coffin shape I dont like square. Came home and all the sides are clear, and acrylic not applied to the edges of the nail! And nails ALL different sizes!!!! Shocking - in financially difficult times like these, I will take my custom elsewhere from now on! Others have commented on similar issues. As someone else has said, they obviously have enough custom (at the moment) so not that bothered about customer service and care! Services: Nail repair, Acrylic nails, Nail cut & filing
