Would have given this a 0 star if I could have. Turned up at the door only to be declined having my lashes done due to being double booked. The reason stated was there was no deposit given however there was no indication on the website that this was necessary. Appalling service do not come here.

My go to Salon! Absolutely love the girls that work here! They cater to all my needs. Always going above and beyond. The girls are soo welcoming, kind and friendly! Xx

First time I went I had rhee the manger and she was really sweet and gave top quality service she has toiletries pads and everything for girls to feel comfortable and she is a starhowever I went back the second time with this lash tech caller asha I came on time and I had to wait over 40 minutes no apology at all I put 1+1 together and assume she is a trainee or just finished her lash course as she took way longer than the time duration stated on the website she kept dropping lash fans on my clothes and picking them up with her dirty fingers and still used them!!which probably causes my eye infection if she is a trainee I think it should have been stated she is not as advance on the website as I would not have booked with her and wont chance my eye site with someone not as qualified she was so rude and constantly stabbed my eyes which obviously made me flint she had the audacity to violently force my head about like it wasnt here fault I ended up with a lash infection which Ive never had before they have new lash beds that you have to lean back for the lash chair to go backwards which wasnt the problem the problem was she thought it was okay to force the lash bed down at of frustration numerous times instead of asking me to lean back she also kept violently pushing my head about rather than asking me to reposition she kept on spraying me with spit like I didnt shower before hand which really annoyed me tbh my eyes were stuck together completely and was absolutely burning and I lost quite a few due to this before even leaving the shop!! and they looked absolutely horrible everyone else in the shop were stunning but Id be mindful who you let work for you as Ive heard many complaints about this girls disgusting behaviour I would have rather payed you more knowing theyll be perfect and youd treat me like a human being than this rude girl.
