I always visit Heathers the best salon around clean friendly and fantastic at what they do I think the lower ratings are a little unfair as I have personally been present during the interaction of one and the customer appeared very rude and demeaning ,which is unfair with a simple miscommunication.They are currently building a client base up give them a go im really happy with them . False promises, I called for an appointment and wanted gel extensions, I asked if they do that, she confirmed and said yes. I then arrived to the store, paid for my parking expecting everything according to plan. When I walked into the shop I triple confirmed that I wanted gel nail extension, but they actually were doing something else to my nails and then proceeded to tell me oh no that doesnt exist, then contradicted and said we dont do that. Then she said do you not like acrylics?, I asked for gel nail extensions why would instead go ahead and do something else that you client asked for without being transparent with them. Nevertheless before I unveiled this dishonest behaviour they were nice and offered if I wanted to drink something. Do not recommend for gel nail extension!
