The worst salon experience I have ever had. I have been to Top Nails a few times now and honestly do not know why I keep going back. The nails do not last me longer than a week ever, however I was going to give it another last go today for connivence. They only had two members of staff on so told me to come back in half an hour, I decided to wait as I was desperate. After I had waited 30 mins they decided to tell me they only do Gel Nails now which are 40 and continued to tell me that theyve never done normal colour acrylic nails which is a complete lie as that is all Ive ever had done at Top Nails previously. They were also very rude in saying this. Absolutely disgusting, will not be back ever

not a particularly good experience. i asked for french tips with a heart and showed a picture of the design i wanted. the french tips are lopsided and the lengths of the nails are uneven (for example both thumbs are different). the heart was placed in the wrong place and far bigger than i asked. wont go back
