I bought a camper 5 years after it had been converted at VW Bus Stop. I noticed some of the roof bolts were rusted and assumed they should have been stainless steel, so called up and asked them to replace them. They're super busy at the moment but nevertheless replaced them for free. Great friendly service - thanks!

Bus Stop Campers have gone bankrupt and are hundreds of thousands of pounds in debt. They will no doubt start operating under a different business name as this is not the only business of theirs that has gone bankrupt. They are liars and thieves and very good at manipulating people. Please be aware and remember their names - Gavin Hunt, Craig Mortimer (both owners/directors) Mark Robinson (floor manager) and Lisa Hammond (admin). They have robbed a lot of people out of their money and their dreams and have been misleading people for weeks saying they will finish converting their vans all whilst knowing they planned to declare bankruptcy. Anyone who currently has a van with them will be getting a call from the receivers to collect it, but this could take weeks or months.

These guys are top class. Had a day van conversion, pop top, electrics, swivel front seats, body work upgrades done in 2020, great service and nothing is too much trouble. Since then I have had problem with the battery in warrenty which was replaced no questions asked after a review of the electric system. Finally they carried out an emergency repair on the van I needed 1 day before our holiday and it was done the same day. Customer service is excellent, not just initially but aftercare as well. Friendly staff would highly recommend and will not go anywhere else for future mods or builds.
