        Second time my partner and I come here. We were warmly welcomed. The offered us nice coffee and after a 10 min wait a lady helped us to open an account for my partner and provide some details about my existing accountas. The lady took us to a little office and was patient enough and spoke slowly as english is not our first language. A smile from her would have been the cherry on the top, but overall a very positive experience.

        terrible delays in processing porting applications June to September 2022. didn't provide full list of required documentation at the beginning of the process, just kept asking for more references, payslips and P60, even though we already have a mortgage with them! Unbelievable

        I have recently bought a new car which is being delivered in 4 days. I needed to get money quickly but had lost passwords etc. I had fantastic help from Zabair who somehow managed to authorise immediate payment. Could not have been more helpful Well donr Zabair

        I had fraud in my account that the Fraud team took 30 mins to decide it was my own fault and they wouldnt refund me. No full enquiry or anything. This is how they treat a customer of 30+ years. I dont recommend Coventry Building Society to anyone
