Oliver from Hallowes has been so accommodating to our needs. He has been able to explain each step of the process in detail and has been so easy to get in touch with when we have questions. The service has been thoughtful and they have had our best interests at the forefront of their mind. This is really reassuring when this is the first time we have remortgaged. I would definitely recommend Hallowes to others and will be using the in the future.

As a first time buyer I had basicaly no idea what I needed to do but luckily for me, hallowes mortgages was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. I have to say that Oliver has been great throughout. Very friendly, explained the processes clearly and answered all my questions promptly, even being so kind as to call me after I had finished work when he surely had also clocked off for the day. Can't recommend hallowes mortgages enough and they take their fee from the lenders! Will definitely continue using their services in future.

Oliver at Hallowes was excellent, he's incredibly friendly and very knowledgable and made the process of getting a mortgage for our new property effortless. We'll certainly be back in touch when our fixed term ends.
