I would highly recommend Tammy for your mortgage applications. She helped me out by explaining to me each and every step of the process, and although she had not dealt with a client in Scotland before, she studied and made sure that we came out on top of everything. She not only helped me out with arranging solicitors and arranging mortgage at very competitive rates, she also brought a personal touch for a first time buyer.
