Absolutely appalling service. I am trying to get a plot on shared ownership. A very unhelpful miserable girl refused to do my affordability assessment and told me everyone had gone home. I now have to wait until Saturday to call them back. I have also made a complaint to the housing provider. How am I supposed to reserve a plot without doing this assessment. My mortgage advisor from there office never replies either.

Kept telling me that someone will look at my file and carry on with the assessment following uploading my proof, every time I phoned and took days whilst Im risking loosing the plot I want due to them. One said it will be done today then when not, it will be tomorrow. Also got the amount I had in savings wrong by 32k dont listen.

Extremely helpful, professional, polite & friendly. Natalie Johnston helped me no end to secure a mortgage, as a 1st time buyer I didn't really have a clue but Natalie calmly talked me through the whole process & in my opinion went above & beyond what I would expect from a mortgage advisor, I would highly recommend Metro finance. A huge thank you to Natalie Johnston & all the Metro team.
