Aimee was so so helpful from start to finish. She talked me through the process way back when and advised on the purchase of two properties (unfortunately the first one fell through after 6 months). She responded to texts and emails really promptly, got me a great mortgage deal and was able to advise on other financial matters around the purchase. We used Optimum to buy our first home. We were nervous as we have never made such a big purchase but Paul and the Optimum team made everything so easy. Everything was fully exained so that we understood every decision that we made, they found us a fantastic mortgage deal and kept in contact regularly. My girlfriend and I were recommended to Optimum FS by a friend who was also very happy with the service. Paul was very friendly and approachable during phone calls/emails and face to face meetings. My girlfriend and I were in the process of purchasing our first house and as such Paul was very good at explaining the ins and outs of how the process would work and what we needs to do each step of the way.
