    Placed an order in excess of 130 last Saturday (8th) early AM with next day delivery. It is now the 22nd and items still not arrived. Store emailed stating one item in order was out of stock (set of markers) though I'm sure it wasn't at point of order. Email received on the Tuesday (11th). I then replied to that email, but it was none replyable. I then qttempted to call the company via their supplied number. Finally got through the next day (wed12th) at 15:30 after 10 attempts through the the 2 days. Staffer that answered the call couldn't help and referred to email them. So emailed straight away requesting item out of stock be removed and other items dispatched. Received reply next morning 09:09 (thurs13th) requesting confirmation. Replied at 09:52 stating that is what I wanted. Was informed the order was recified and items would be dispatched with a matter of urgency at 10:24 on Thurs 13th. I was also informed in the mail the shop team would be able to assist should I require it. I received mail from DPD on the 14th at 11:26 stating shipping details had been created and they would update when collected. DPD tracking still shows uncollected. Contacted store today. Manager insists its dispatched. Spoke to 'owner' insists dispatched. Told exuses, and only options are to return when eventually arrive. Items purchased for an event tomorrow and left with no time to seek alternative models.
