Excellent service, answered all my email questions promptly. My order was delivered well packaged and quicker than anticipated. Will certainly use them again. Update: My third loco purchase from Olivias unfortunately died. The response and swift fixing of my loco was second to none - could not be happier.

I recently again visited this very friendly group of people for customisation of another of my modelsThe White Knight Hornby A3. Unfortunately time was pressing and I had to leave mid afternoon. The model was delivered today precisely as ordered. Everything is working perfectly. I am very pleased. My thanks to Zoe and the team. I shall return! I recommend Olivias Trains to everyone seeking excellent workmanship and dedication.

One of the worst experiences ever. I order one of the 9F (8pin) Loksound decoders at a price that I thought was a little rich. However, I have heard good things about their quality. It is a shame I listened. I live 17000 klms away from sheffield. I purchased the decoder and it took 3 weeks to get here, then found it was a 21 pin when an 8 pin was requested. I contacted them and was told to send it back....more cost. It was cheaper to get a conversion harness. The speaker was too big for the job and all the functions on the sheet supplied were WRONG. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
