        Recently went into store with a train that only went backwards Chris was very quick to take a look at it and see what might be the issue, after a quick service (which is not something they normally offer) the issue was fixed. Lovely friendly service and couldnt thank Chris enough !

        Not been there as I deal with them online. They seem to have very good prices and customer service is fairly good.

        I will never use this business again. It is all ok if there are not any problems. However when problems arise - there is a lack of continuity and customer support. It never used to be like this. If you want a hassle free service go elsewhere. Very sad really.

        Had a very pleasant service when selling some locomotives from my friend who sadly passed away prompt offer which was decent. After excepted the offer everything went smoothly. I definitely would recommend Rails Of Sheffield
