Took a phone in to get the back replaced, when I picked it up the phone was covered in glue and the back was lifting up at the edges. I've been back 4 times in less than a week to get it re-repaired. The first 3 times they just squirted more glue on my phone and told me to leave it for 2 hours which I did. Last time I went in the person at the shop was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund claiming they'd fixed it 4 times (despite the phone still not being fixed) and now telling me I need to leave it till tomorrow for the glue to dry. My best guess is they're just trying to stop me coming in because the job isn't worth their time to do properly. They also have a contact form on their website and a WhatsApp contact for the store, both were ignored so don't bother using them to complain if you've had issues. Avoid at all costs! UPDATE: nearly 4 weeks after I initially took my phone in for repair the store finally agreed to refund me after I sent them a written complaint. They took back the replacement part they bought so my phone is now in worse condition than when I initially took it in however they did at least go some of the way to making things right.

Poor screen repair, had to go back due to glue on the edges. LCD poor quality and missing pixels on the screen.Avoid this place

I wouldnt advise anyone to use this shop. Took it here for a new screen. The chap quoted 80 but said the back cover would crack when he removed the screen so said it needed a new back too. 120 in total. After 4 days the new back peeled off and cracked. When we went back, the chaps attitude was awful. He wouldnt refund any part of of it or even meet us halfway, with free labour or discounted part. The back wasnt even damaged when it went in originally. Maybe he didnt get a refund either from charm school.
