Ive just been to Up and Running and they were so lovely and helpful! I really recommend popping in, if you need anything running related. Chris helped me find the right trainers. He was really knowledgable and explained everything including how they should fit (I learnt a lot) and checked everything with my jog on the treadmill. The pair I wanted wasnt in my size so the other guy (sorry I didnt catch your name) rang another store to have them delivered to a different store which is easier for me to collect them from- really helpful and kind! There was a few people in the shop and Chris and his colleague created a warm friendly vibe- both are clearly passionate about running and really supportive to other runners. Thanks again for sorting me out and its good to know Ive got a place to go!

First time visiting a running shop and the service from Matt was excellent from start to finish. Took the time to analyse my gait and talked me different shoe options, giving advice based on my running style. Both Matt and Chris were clearly very knowledgeable and made it an enjoyable visit. Excited to see how I get on with the new shoes (& socks!)

First time in a running store and blown away by how friendly both the tall gentlemen with dark hair and the shorter blonde lady was, super helpful and absolutely nothing was too much to ask for, would strongly recommend regardless of where you are on your running journey

Great service from Matt today. He spent a lot of time with me to find the right running shoes as my last ones were hurting. Would definitely come back here.
