After months of terrible service by PurpleBricks, we had a few more estate agents value the house again & Bianca came for Haybrook. She was open, honest and answered any questions we had as we were nervous to choose another agent since the bad experience with PB. We chose Haybrook in the end and Bianca has been great throughout the process so far. Very happy with service provided there was good communication and I got a very good price for the property. The only thing I was disappointed with was their recommended conveyancing company. Haybrook recommended Arrow Conveyancing based in Leicester. Arrow have to be the worst ever conveyancing company they were just useless from day 1 there was no communication they don't reply to phone calls or emails and they do not move things forward in a timely fashion. It wasn't until I escalated my frustrations with Haybrook that things began to be progresssed. Don't touch Arrow with a bargepole just look at their Trust Pilot reviews - they are shocking.

Genuine thanks to Bianca and Leah who stepped in and quickly & sold my house after I made the mistake of going with an online agent. Six months of no progress with the online firm, Bianca had the house on the market for me in 48 hours and sold STC in just over a week. Absolutely fantastic service - thank you!
