A fantastic home with amazing staff! We have worked with Twelve Trees for a number of years to deliver their physical activity/exercise programme. Twelve Trees is a fantastic home that goes above and beyond for its residents. All of the staff are actively involved in providing the best care for residents, which is reflected in how well residents engage with our activities.

Twelve Trees has given exceptional care to my mother. I cannot fault the management and staff in their dedication and commitment to their residents care. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and provides an extremely welcoming home from home. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for residential care.

What an absolute amazing home, the care my Dad has had over the past few months has been incredible. Beautiful rooms, fresh cooked food catering to everyones needs, clean, lots of activities and most importantly the most caring staff we could have wished for. My Dads end of life care this week has been heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time, staff sitting with him holding his hand if we werent there, lots of love,care and attention to his every last need, also giving me and my family hugs and shoulders to cry on. 5 star recommendation is nowhere near enough, thank you everyone at Twelve Trees We will forever be grateful
