I needed a few different photos of the boots I wanted, so I emailed the CBS and within a few minutes I received back an email along with lots of photos of the boots at different angles, after a quick phone call, which was promptly answered I placed my order, the following day my boots "Stars & Stripes WB-53" were delivered by Parcelforce, unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong size and they had to be sent back, my revised order was sent out within about an hour of CBS receiving my returned boots, again they were delivered next day by Parcelforce, CBS is an incredible company who go the extra mile to ensure their customers are completely happy, I'd buy from this company again in a heartbeat, it's just a shame I could only leave 5 stars in the review because they deserve so many more, thank you for all your help.

Excellent store for cowboy boots, western apparel and clothing. Very nice and helpful owner and staff made the visit brilliant. Well worth a visit. Will definatly come back or order online! Thanks so much!

Fantastic!! I ordered a pair of boots which unfortunatly had a fault. I contacted the Cowboy Boot Store via phone and email. They couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and my problem was resolved. I would highly recommend The Cowboy Boot Store.
