        Took my car in for a repair quote. They took photos and my details on a notepad and said theyd be in touch. I have called to chase THREE times, each time being told hell call you back with a quote..a month later, still nothing. Cant comment on the quality of repair work as Ive now used someone else but in my experience, the customer care and process is rubbish.
