After much deliberation & searching for a suitable 4x4 in the UK, I finally settled on a AMG 43 GLE. Mercedes Sheffield seemed to have my favoured vehicle re mileage, spec & colour & year. I made initial contact with Jonathan Best, who did an excellent video detailing the car. Jonathan was exceptionally professional in all aspects of his presentation, knowledge, customer questions and requirements. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. (A rare quality in some customer focused industries) Johnathan also had a great sense of humour and appreciated some of my puerile jokes, not surprising given my long haul drive from Cupar, Fife, just over four torturous hours! Overall my buying experience from Mercedes Sheffield and more importantly, my interaction with Jonathan was a delight. An excellent customer experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a Mercedes in the UK.
