Visited today to get advice on the catch on the silver bracelet which my wife bought for me around 40 years ago. Although the catch appears OK there is something obviously wrong because the bracelet's fallen from my wrist twice in the last month. Had a good discussion in store and agreed that a new catch would probably give me the best peace of mind. Amazed to be told that if I wanted to pop back at 1pm (about an hour from when I left the bracelet) the catch would be replaced. Which it was. Excellent, efficient friendly but professional service hence the 5-star rating. Will certainly use Morris Bywater again!

We took my wife's wedding ring to be resized after it became too big. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who took time to ensure that the new size was accurate. We accepted her recommendation and was told the adjustment could be done within 90 minutes. This was very pleasing and unexpected. We returned at the advised time, the resizing was complete and it looked like the day it was bought, 30 years ago. My wife was thrilled, the ring was gleaming, it fitted perfectly, also she was delighted that she didn't have to leave it for over a week as some jewellers state. We used Morris Bywater after a recommendation from a friend. My wife will be taking 3 more rings there to be resized as a result of our experience today. It was nice to see courteous, knowledgeable staff and receive a high quality service from a company that cares. Many thanks to the on duty gentleman who completed this work for us, my wife is very happy.

Collected another wonderful bespoke bracelet from the lovely people at Morris Bywater yesterday! A custom bracelet with diamond cluster on a gold chain with diamond accents to match a much loved ring and pendant that I've had for some time. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you Andrea and team!
