        Delays in getting a date to instal the panels, delays in installing the panels, delays in getting the system connected, delays in getting the heat pump installed and connected, delays in getting the battery, delays in getting the battery installed, delays in getting the battery working. And all with very little communication unless we continuously rang them. They seem to have lots of different departments that dont actually communicate very well together. Wish wed had a different company. Service: Heating system installation

        Daniel came today to service our system - now just over two years old. First class service. Called around 30 minutes before arrival. It was his first time here so after a quick look round he delivered the service. He checked fault logs, bled the system, fixed a few "weeping" components re-pressurised the system. He also tweaked the domestic water temperature. He also sorted out a small admin issue. First class and a credit to Greener Living. Service: Heating system maintenance
