        Bought a pushchair less than 6 months ago and somehow a piece of the strap broke today. With a quick call to the shop, they checked that they had the piece in store and swapped it straight away, without question. Great service when we initially bought the chair and very knowledgeable.

        First trip out with the newborn, noticed a problem on egg seat base. Called these and they told me to bring it straight over. 2 lovely staff came out and had a quick look, and identified a faulty base. They replaced for a new one which was checked and refitted in a matter of minutes. We'll impressed with the service, staff were polite and understanding. Now that's what you call good customer service!! Big thanks to all the staff that helped today!!!
