My fianc bought my engagement ring from JF so I hadn't been before but I recently sent the ring off for a professional clean. JF keep you updated on it throughout and help with making sure it's mailed securely. My ring came back safe-and-sound and sparklier than ever!

We went to Jessica Flinn because my sister in law had used them for her and her husbands wedding rings and recommended them to us. We couldnt be happier with the service we got from the team, finding the rings we both wanted, including one from Flinn and Steel, getting them engraved as well as resizing and replating my engagement ring just before the big day. Their ring collection is gorgeous and visiting the shop was such a helpful and lovely experience. We had never chosen a ring before and had no idea what we wanted, my husband has never worn a ring and they shared their opinions and helpful advice for him when choosing. I found the perfect ring to work with my engagement ring even though it wasnt from their shop. I would definitely recommend Jessica Flinn, thank you again to the team!

My husband and I knew we would only use Jessica Flinn for our rings as soon as we saw the unusual but delicate designs. We had an excellent experience visiting the showroom and the staff were sensitive and thoughtful to our requirements. Thank you to all staff - we are delighted with our final rings.
