        Bought a bike from here a few months ago and had a problem with the chain dropping, the mechanics tried to fix it but it didn't work so in they end they did a full upgrade on the chainset free of charge (which would have cost nearly 200). Okay the bike shouldn't have had the problem in the first place but i really can't fault the customer service from the Sheffield store. It's actually the 4th bike we've bought from here and I would definitely go back again
