Have been a customer of Porsche Center Sheffield for many years now. From buying new cars and having existing ones serviced and maintained there. Each and every time they manage to excel. My most recent purchase completed just a few days ago and I can honestly say that as far as customer service goes, it has been exceptional. The new car market as a whole is very challenging right now but my Sales Associate Ali Gibson has been faultless throughout the whole buying process. My expectations were well managed in regard to delivery times and i was kept informed of progress at all times. Ali was very responsive to any queries i had, more often than not going above and beyond to provide me with as much information as possible. The hand-over of process was dealt with by Madison, who also exceeded all expectations. Extremely polite, professional, a real pleasure to deal with and without and doubt very knowledgeable on the Porsche range. Any true car fan will know how special hand-over day is and it's safe to say Madison made sure it was indeed a special occasion. Absolutely a 5 star service from all at Porsche Center Sheffield. Can not recommend them highly enough.
