Edit : After a bad experience they contacted me, refunded, and said they would make sure they reviewed the quality of prints before printing so that was really good of them ----- Original review : Pretty bad experience to be honest. I went in recently for the first time to get a really small order printed, 11 pieces of A3 with 10 of them the exact same photo. They were really accommodating to get it done the same day, however when I went to collect, the prints were unusable. The pictures were so dark that it was basically just a full print of black ink and you could hardly make out the picture. I totally understand that i supplied the picture and therefore a bad quality of picture is my fault and not there's. But here's my problem. They are supposed to be the experts. He would of seen that the picture quality was way below what it should be and knew that it wouldn't be worth printing it. But he did anyway and charged me for it. I went to collect at the end of the day and I told him it was unusable and he agreed. So why did he print it? To his credit he offered to print a different photo again for no cost, but I had ordered a same day print because of a project the next day, and so there was no time to go through the process again. When you pay an expert to do a job you trust that they will recommend the right things, give you the correct information, and do a good job. None of this happened here and so I wouldn't trust them to take on a printing job in the future.
