        Nobody ever answers the phone and never any stock on match days. Such a missed opportunity. Its all about buying online - zero personal interaction.

        Fantastic service! I cannot praise Jane and the Mega Store staff enough. Our son was disappointed when he discovered a hole in the new hoodie we bought him. As we no longer live in Sheffield we envisaged a problem in exchanging it. How wrong we were. Jane was extremely helpful and friendly and it was all sorted without fuss or bother. Thank you Mega Store. Our beloved Owls may have some work to do before getting back in the Championship, but you are definitely top of the league when it comes to retail customer service.
