        We used WH for 2 years and couldnt fault them. Staff are all lovely and they responded to all of our texts/emails really quickly even outside of office hours when there was any kind of issue.

        Everyone I talked to was lovely. Properties are spacious and in very good locations. They have responded to every email incredibly quickly, even when they are busy. If I had any issues or questions, I would often get a response in a couple of hours and it would be solved within a few days. The only thing I think that is worth knowing in advance is that they prefer cheques for rent payments, this is only an issue if your bank does not offer chequebooks (most banks will just send you one without any issues). But they are very approachable so it is always worth asking them for alternatives and explain your situation. Would definitely recommend them or at the very least book a viewing.
