Outstanding from our first meeting to completion. Designed exactly what we wanted and then were able to carry out all necessary work to enable this to happen. The quality of the units is excellent and were fitted in a timely and professional manner by Julian. The end results are just what we had hoped for. I cannot praise or thank this company enough. A new kitchen is a major investment not only in terms of finance but also in terms of trust. I approached Designer Kitchen Direct after they were recommended to me. I was immediately struck by their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. I am truly delighted with my new kitchen and can definitely say that my trust was not misplaced. The job was finished on time and the skill of the kitchen fitters was remarkable. Of course in a project this size there is bound to be the occasional problem but the team at DKD swung into action immediately in order to solve any issues as soon as possible. We recently carried out an extensive renovation on our house in Sheffield and decided to go with DKD for our new kitchen. We're absolutely over the moon with the result! Everything from design to finish was carefully considered, we got some fantastic creative advice and the quality of the final fit is better than we could have imagined. The customer service was absolutely spot on and they even contacted a supplier on our behalf to source an additional part we wanted. The fitters were professional and helpful every step of the way. We recently instructed DKD to design and fit our new kitchen and utility room and cannot recommend the company highly enough. At the first meeting with Leah, who carried out the designs, she took the time to understand how I cook, how we live as a family, what our priorities were and appreciated our budget. We were blown away by her designs and I knew we didnt need to look further. We also used DKDs associated building team for the required work prior to the fit and the two teams worked together seamlessly. Its also worth mentioning that every person that came on site from the building team to the fitters were a delight to have around and are a credit to the company. A couple of unforeseeable supply chain issues were dealt with professionalism and understanding by Lauren who was so helpful throughout. We couldnt be happier with our new kitchen, its absolutely changed the way we live and looks incredible. This is an example of how a company should be run. Thanks again to everyone.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen/diner designed, built and fitted by DKD. The work involved knocking through a wall, blocking up external and internal doors, fitting a new window, installing a new kitchen plus fitted dinning room furniture. Leah was our first point of contact and she was thoroughly professional and helpful. She took the time to listen to our requirements and came up with a practical and bespoke design. She was very understanding and patient and was always willing to provide additional advice and visuals when we were unsure or changed our minds. She was instrumental in creating our recessed shelf behind the hob and floating chimney breast which we love. The building work was fully costed by Paul with no hidden extras and the whole team of tradespeople were tidy and reliable. The work was carried out to a good standard in a timely manner. Jamie our fitter was organised and efficient and worked hard to resolve any minor issues on site. Lauren, Rebecca and Sarah were great at managing the whole project from the office so we didn't have to and communication with them was clear and effective throughout. Everyone was friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely care about and enjoy the work they were doing. Our only real issue was the supply delay with our Neff oven which was beyond DKDs control. Leah had warned us about the possibility of long delays so it didn't come as a surprise. However, Lauren and Rebecca followed this up and kept us informed and we were all over the moon when the oven was finally installed. We are delighted we took the plunge to create a more spacious and functional kitchen/diner and are very much enjoying cooking, socialising and chilling in our beautiful new space.
