        Very helpful staff just wish the prices were a little less high. However, it didn't stop me from purchasing a new scent!

        I was greeted by a lovely woman who made me feel at ease. I really wish I asked for her name. She was very knowledgeable about the products, fragrances and helped me choose products that would support a good nights sleep etc. She helped me choose a Mother's day gift for my Mum that I know she will love. I've used Espa and Apothecary from M&S but the Rituals fragrance is stronger and longer lasting than both of those brands. All of the products are above 90% natural so it works great for my sensitive skin. The origami paper packaging looks high end, it's also recyclable. I recieved two free gifts too! Love it! I will definitely be going back to explore the other fragrances they have to offer.
