We visited your Drakehouse store last week, looking to purchase a sofa. On seeing a sofa we were interested in, we were joined by Sales Consultant Jonathan. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the sofa and answered all our questions in a friendly manner. All in all we had a pleasant visit and purchased the sofa. We'd just like to add that this branch has a lovely atmosphere which we think is due to the personnel who work there, they're a credit to your company.

Fantastic customer service and the quality of all the furniture seen is outstanding! Found our perfect table, bench and chairs here and Jonathan has been brilliant in helping us! Been a great experience from start to finish yes had to wait three months to receive our chairs but worth the wait service instore fantastic and delivery guys jack and dean really friendly and very helpful explained everything very well
