I dont know what Id do without Hands and Heart, together they offer a variety of amazing treatments. I definitely recommend an Indian head massage and facial with Gosia, I felt incredible afterwards! She has amazing hands. I also regularly have shiatsu/Thai or hot stone massages with Alena which nourishes my whole body in incredible ways. Its such a welcoming and calm environment there, and the treatments offer the perfect way to feel centred and restored.

I've been seeing Alena for about 6 months now for neck issues and general tension due to cancer treatment. Alena has a wonderful and nurturing quality that put me at ease straight away. I can honestly say through regular shiatsu and massage treatments I feel so much better and the pain in my neck is at least 70% better. I also have lymphodema in my left arm which can feel tight and achey sometimes, for the first time in a while I am finding it alot easier to work. I would highly recommend Alena, I trust her impeccably to sort me out and her beautiful treatment room is so cosy. A true haven. Thankyou Alean for your continued support and for helping me on my road to recovery.

Alena is more than just a masseuse, she is an amazing person and has helped me guide myself throughout life for the last 2/3 years. I absolutely, thoroughly recommended using her many services

The best massage I've ever had! I regularly try out different salons and spas on a monthly basis (it's my treat to myself) and happened to fall upon hands & heart. I was feeling really tense in my shoulders so booked an appointment with gosia and she really fixed my aches! The 2 weeks leading to my appointment I was having migraines and these were stemming from my shoulders, it's now been over 2 weeks since and I've not had a migraine since! I'll be coming here monthly from now on. Really really impressed.
