        I've been training at Excel for a number of years now and I can honestly say it has changed my life, I've learned so much about how to be healthier in both my mind and body. I was quite ill about 7 years ago and was told that the chances of me being able to be as active as I am now we're very slim, through the coaching I've had at Excel, the changes I've made in my lifestyle and approach to my wellbeing, I'm healthier and happier than I was before. I've also made loads of new friends and gained my confidence back

        I cant recommend Excel enough - the coaches are so supportive and encourage all the students to do their best. There is a true community at Excel and everyone is treated equally. If you are in doubt - believe me, give it a try!
