        I've been training with Chris at Shefffield Jiu Jitsu Self Defense for over a year and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Amazing school with a fantastic, friendly atmosphere and Chris' teaching style is detailed, thorough and very personal. Chris also talks frequently the philosophical application of Jiu Jitsu to every day life and the Valente Brothers' 7-5-3 code which helps shape your thinking and improve your life. Can't recommend Jiu Jitsu and this school enough. Thanks Chris.
