I'm afraid to say after many years of dealing with this company, their customer service is now no longer evident in any shape or form. I must thank Goulds number plates for stepping in and dealing with a customer service issue in the most professional manner to save the day. Jepsons... I am afraid, had no interest in resolving an issue of their own making.

Appalling customer service. I own a Ltd company selling Motorbikes and have a license to manufacture/assembly number plates. I rang 5 times asking for a quote to purchase the set up kit to enable my business to make our own plates and never (despite several promises from the lovely receptionist) received a single call back. I rang today a final time and asked to speak to someone only to be told there wasn't a single customer service person available to assist. If they are this bad when trying to get your business imagine how bad they are when they've got it! I wouldn't use them now if they begged. Its worth you knowing I rang Gould group and within minutes had talked to Barry their representative and got a quote, agreed pricing and have set an install date for the equipment and training and ordered a years supplies worth over 1500. We might not be a big account to Gould but they treated us like we were and as a customer that's what you want!
