Poor customer service. They send an incorrect item in the first place and although exchange was proceed quickly they charged for the postage of returned item. The person I was dealing with was less then human, felt like dealing with a robot.. wouldn't use them again.

Can't beat on quality and like the price too. The ironmongery latch is quality and has a lovely sound and feel. Really quick and efficient too. Especially amazing now, when everyone else is all over the place.

Friendly, helpful staff and very quick dispatch even for bespoke sized doors. Majorly let down by the courier they used, doors arrived a day late with no communication due to the courier's faulty phone system, not really an excuse in these days of mobiles and emails. Late is fine but tell me! In fairness Heritage did what they could to get information. Decent quality doors although make sure you are clear on the wood grades. I expected Rustic Prime to be evenly rustic but in reality they are pretty pristine with significant marks in a few places. If I order again I would go for Prime grade. Overall good for the money.
