I would like to say what I genuinely nice company this is!! I purchased a knife set about 18 months ago. Recently the blade broke and the handle coating appeared to be wearing off. I decided to lookup the website and drop them an email. A couple of days later I got a reply asking for pictures, which I sent. I then received a new set of knives from them. I really wasn't expecting that at all. Thank you.

Bought a Xmas last year and all the handles have shred the black coating over different foods and surfaces and second smallest has snapped at the handle

Good products (children's cutlery set), but why the RIDICULOUS cable ties round them? Houdini could not open these. Nobody except leprechauns has scissors small enough to undo them safely. It's just taken me 20 minutes and a stab wound to undo these "safety" ties, which is ironic if nothing else. Stupidly, if you wanted to use the cutlery to injure someone or hold up your local NatWest, you could just rip the carboard off anyway and the cable ties would still be attached to the cutlery. FOR EVER. PS I've also noticed that this cutlery from a famous Sheffield name is... made in China. Well done.

Purchased a premium pocket knife made by lee white as a present for my brother in the US , the knife is nothing short of a disgrace with zero snap to the blade , there was no time to replace it in time for Xmas so i had to send it as is, I do not recommend this company and will not be purchasing any of their products again.

Recently purchased from the Professional range a parring knife and the same from the Heritage range, made in England at Sheffield. The Heritage range excuse the pun has the edge. It has a thicker blade and ground back better, better weighted and fits really snug in your hand, this is not to say the Professional range is shabby it is still really a good knife. Both knives keep there edge for a long time providing you do what it says on the packet, only cut on plastic or wooden chopping boards. It is worth paying the extra 10 so if all you skin flints out there have purchased Taylor's knives cheap it will have been produced in China and will be mickey mouse product and break and then you will moan and really it's your own fault. Pay the money support British industry. 100% recommend.
