Hire and fire is their policy, they tell lies and are more than willing to lie to agencies about your conduct, to your face they will tell you you are doing well and are more than pleased with your work, then behind your back they will tell the agency 'we have had words' when they most certainly have not 'and the work is not up to standard' when they give you nothing but praise to your face, look for work else where you will be happier. The management apart from one or two are a joke they do nothing but walk around and pretend to work and are clueless about the job, they are nice to your face but will stab you in the back if you do not bow down to them suck ups and and brow beaten is what they want.
