Recently bought a pair of kitchen scissors from William Whiteleys absolutely excellent ,razor sharp, and will definitely outlast me. Highly recommended.

I ordered my EXOs recently. I don't need to speak of their quality, you can read in all the other reviews how brilliant they are. However, I would like to mention that the customer care is incomparable. Emily is really nice, but also incredibly fast and efficient. I'll definitely be buying here again soon!

I purchased the Silver Exo gift set plus engraving as a 21st birthday present to my daughter. As she has recently completed her degree in Costume Design, I thought this would be an ideal gift and an investment in her future as a tailor. Whilst I have no issue with the scissors themselves, I am not very happy with the level (or lack of) Customer service. I paid the additional postage for signed for 1st class and clearly indicated that the delivery address would be different which is confirmed on the invoice. 2 days later I received the gift set at the billing address - I then had to rush to the post office and fork out an additional 8.80 to ensure that the gift would arrive at my daughter's address in time for her birthday. Having emailed Whiteley & Sons to inform them of their error a week ago - I have heard nothing; not even an acknowledgement of my email. Pretty poor really considering the cost of the scissors but I suppose they have my money now. Not happy!
