Criminal organisation with no lawful authority (administrative). Committing trust fraud and extortion upon people without knowledge of the law. A crime is a crime even if someone should not challenge it. Deductions are illegal not just unlawful.

Well, let's face it, nobody likes getting done for speeding, but if it has to happen then your experience could be a lot worse than Sheffield Magistrates provided me with today. The premises: Clean, safe and well-run with no nutcases rampaging around, unlike some court buildings I've been in. Door security staff: Extremely efficient and thorough without being obnoxious and/or officious, as one all too often encounters these days, especially at Manchester Airport. They are polite, professional and helpful. I asked one where I could get a drink of water and he very kindly got me one from their water cooler. All round good guys. Clerical staff: My name was mising from the listing and it looked like I might have to go home and come back again, which would have been a real pain. However the lady in the office went away and managed to get me a slot. Other staff, e.g., ushers, etc: All very polite, friendly and professional. The Bench: They were fair. They took careful not of my mitigation and came back with a fair and reasonable decision. Guilty or innocent, every reasonable person who goes to court just wants to be trated fairly and with a reciprocal measure of due respect. They did, and for that I can't fault them. I like Sheffield as a city. I spent a lot of time there in the 1980s when I had a girlfriend with family in Sheffield. The city has changed a lot now, it was very depressed back then and it's picked up a lot now in economic terms, but the people are pretty much the same nice solid honest and friendly Yorkshire folk as I remember them from back then. Full marks to Sheffield Magistrates Court.

One of the worst courts in the country for Disabled parking, on top of a 1 in 3 hill, which makes it dangerous for wheelchair users add rain to that and youll be lucky to get in on time, in definite need of parking upgrade as well as a lift towards the back of the building where theres level accessibility, with todays technology available I dont understand how this works in anyones favour especially when your disabled
