Many people in management have no good manners, education and professional approach to employees. Usage of offensive language (also among managers), rasism, discrimination, no equal chances (reserving "single trolleys/big orders trolleys" for choosen people what is causing it is more difficult to reach the daily target). Employment conditions on contract quite poor. Too many rights reserved. The workplace itself isn't so bad, is just not managed to the top standard. Some things seems to be very trival but may be night mare to others. Thats unacceptable when you are giving 99% of yourself and despite it you are qualifying for conversation with manager because your average is 69/75 per hour. Many people wandering around the warehouse reaching target without hassle, having good trolleys and receiving them every day while you once a week or fortnightly. While they do 8 trolleys with 100 picks per shift you do 45 trolleys with 15 picks. ------ Once a supervisor called me a "boy" in presence of other staff. Nobody heard anything, obviously. On another occasion they were collecting money for charity. I dropped some coins. A few minutes later the box was already empty... Supervisors making comments to intimidate employees of not contributing to charity. Nobody published any information on the amount collected. Just an information that clipper will pass over 500. People donating more as individuals not multimillion business.
