After being let down by another 5 star rated company I rang this company and within 45 minutes they turned up. He knew exactly what I wanted and had all the parts on his Van and couldn't be more helpful. A Fast efficient and reliable service. Definitely One to put in your Phone book

I had a broken key fob that I wanted replacing straight away. Timpsons said that they could repair key only to findout that they couldn't and that I would have to wait a week for a replacement and it would cost 172. Phoned these guys late in the expecting the worse. Quoted me 144 including VAT and that they would come to me the following day at a time to suit. Asked for a morning slot and was given 10am - 12pm. At 9:15am that morning, the guy turned up, very polite, and got on with the job. Was told that it would take 45mins but actually took him 30mins. He also cleared some historical faults notifications that I didn't even know I had. The key is cut perfectly and the fob is better than the one I originally had. Highly recommend and will be my first point of call should I need them in the future.
