My Dad was admitted into hospital today & the two paramedics Pablo & Jason was a credit to their rolls in their caring profession, they was brilliant with my dad from start to finish, these guys need credit where credit is due

Staff uncaring, I was told I would be transported on a stretcher but they tried everything to get me into a seat as it meant less work, resulting in knee wound opening up. Even though in pain, just rammed me over bumps would not recommend

Absolutley lovely calming and kind staff on my journey from one hospital to another thank you for hiring such nice people (Mel and Paul)

Out of the 4 times I've used this service twice I've waited in excess of over an hour post dialysis session on what should be a regular run for all patients. The staff are okay however the organisation leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing efficient about their organising lifts for Bassatlaw dialysis patient. Worst case I had was finishing dialysis at 17-00 and wasnt collected and taken home until 19-45 pm! After being on a dialysis session for 4.5 hours patients don't want to be waiting another 3 hours just to get home! Nothing is streamlined. There are regular patients so just assign regular slots and coordinate them accordingly? This review is based on 1 years intermittent use of the service. Seeing elderly people waiting is demoralising. One complained she wouldnt be home for her carers to attend to her.? Seems to be in perpetual chaos.
