Got a parking ticket from Sheffield City Council scroungers got nothing better to do than walk around centre ticketing working people. They wonder why the city centre dead all shops boarded up when council makes everywhere bus gates and one way systems. Sheffield council won't stop till they've shut all the shops and start complaining no one's entering. It's just full of beggers, drunks and druggies everyone else goes elsewhere to meadowhall or parkgate for free parking.

Completely useless and actively unhelpful. Just use the phone instead - you'll need to hold but you might actually get your issue solved there. The council have been harassing us with (by their own admission) inaccurate bills for months. Firstpoint itself was useless but I got it fixed in 10 minutes on the phone by a lovely helpful woman there.

Had a text saying I owed council tax when I'd paid the week before so wanted to call to clear this up. Waited on like for over 40 minutes for my call to be dropped. Not really sure where my council tax goes. I live centrally and the street are atrocious.
