I was very surprised of the level of service this company gave the Driver John was absolutely brilliant could not do enough for us well recomended the company i use to travel with diabolical my friend told us about Winns Travel Mmmmm ill give them a try So glad i did i have now booked 3 trips up to april with Winns & so relieved & an excellent price the buses are really good and comfortable .....Simon Ellis From Eckington

We hired a minibus for part of our friend's Hen Do, and despite the (very) adverse weather conditions, our driver, Andrew, was utterly fabulous, and made our evening even better by letting us control the radio - thank you Andrew!

Two of these mini buses arrived today in Whitby and decided to park and obstruct the local taxi rank preventing the drivers doing their job on an extremely busy Bank Holiday Monday. When approached the driver was rude and arrogant and refused to move. Said he was exempt but clearly didn't read where he COULD park. Shocking behaviour and certainly wouldnt want him at the forefront of my company. The sign behind him was pointed out several times but he didn't care.
