The whole process helped me to embrace a new chapter in my life, with the right mindset. Andy has a great coaching style and Ive learnt a great deal from him. Fundamentally this has helped me in organisation and time management, and has left me with a tool kit of techniques to better handle short and long term tasks far more easily, be it work, life goals, problem solving, down to simple home tasks. Andy will take the time to listen and understand your objectives and actively makes suggestions where appropriate. Ive been very happy to use Andys services and would recommend him for a wide range of scenarios.

Andy is great at keeping the focus and momentum of a session. He has a good nature and has helped me to achieve my goals on time and to the standard that is required.
