They have consistently knowingly bullied disabled persons, persons with mental health issues, Autism, depression and extreme anxiety, with long list of other physical sickness, with history of self harm, and suicidal states of mind (which EDF KNOW). Even with ombudsman involvement, GROSVENOR are continuing to send threatening letters, stating their taking further action, going to force entry to the house, and even if were not available or in that they will break in, seize goods, then CHANGE THE LOCKS of our property so we cant gain access. That they are going to seek a warrant from court (which they tried and failed previously in Plymouth Magistrate court.) Why we are we in this debt? We are refusing to pay a fake inaccurate balance is our right to do so, however its gone on for over ayear, It is a regulation for ALL energy supplies ensure accurate billing for energy usage, our economy 7 meter has been dead for over a year, EDF have known and have acknowledge it May 2016, however have not arranged, nor even agreed to replace the broken meter but persist with GROSVENOR to recover a amount based on FALSE and inaccurate readings, and FORCE the installment of a PREPAYMENT meter that required a card or key, yes FORCE this upon persons with disability, which is against human rights act and disability act, it is ILLEGAL. this "debt" wouldnt exist if EDF had done what regulation requires them to do, it would mean the account holder wouldnt be punching himself in the head, and talking about how he is going to end his life. These are disgusting people, Grosvenor is part of EDF, its a subsidiary debt collection department of EDF Energy, they know our situation and Ignore it. I have countless emails that have been ignored, and clearly they are ignoring the energy ombudsman by continuing down this path of discrimination which could potentially kill someone, that has already has lead to numerous episodes, and self harm. EDFs registers UK address is 40 Grosvenor Pl, Belgravia, London SW1X 7EN . Grosvenor uses a alternative address, but i hardly think that it is coincidence that EDFs address is the same name as the debt collection company they use. they and EDF need shutting down

This is a despicable company, engaging in illegal acts of breaking into people's houses and stealing their meters, ignoring the Law and using FALSE INSTRUMENTS (fake "warrants") to attempt to gain a pecuniary advantage. Beware of these shysters who should be shut down as they are acting illegally and unlawfully, and revel in causing people alarm and distress. their employee STUART PEARSE attended my property without any Notice using invalid paperwork with no court name or address or court seal on it, and he maliciously involved several police officers to force entry to bully and intimidate me whilst he accomplished the unconsciable act of stealing my gas meter from the property. They should be criminally prosecuted and this will be escalated. They are ROGUE TRADERS.
