Great service from both Kate & Ben, not moved home for quite awhile so needed advice constantly & both were lovely & patient with me, was a great process from beginning to end, cant recommend Bannerjones enough.

There is a reason why Banner Jones are reviewed as the best solicitors in Sheffield. I have been really impressed with the service that I received from Jade Cody and her team. For a property purchase that fell through in the very early stages, charged 50% of the total fee quoted. Unethical is how I would summarize their service. Review Solicitors is the website where we're expected to review their service and having written it there, I could see that it never appears there as long as it's a negative review. That should tell you the reality and no wonder they make it look like their are reviewed wonderfully and I hope they could not control Google reviews too. From their quote: "50% of the conveyancers Fees referred to above plus any disbursements incurred when instructions are withdrawn after the drafting of a contract for sale." - reference from their quote - but there was no draft of a contract as such at this point but still sent a bill for 50% fee. When asked for a draft of the contract, all I was sent is a document that has got barely any details - there should be a minimum fairness and I wish I had all the time I wanted so I would deal with them legally. Please keep away and trust me, there are reasonable solicitors out there!
