I went to APOSL to create a truly special and unique gift for my partner's 30th birthday - that's exactly what I got, and then some. From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex to put together a bespoke knife set that she'll keep for a lifetime. I visited Alex in the workshop to select knife styles, materials and etching text - his expert knowledge, advice and creative flare made this a fun experience for me, I needed the handholding to get it right. I recently got in touch with Alex for a last minute present. The choice of knives and finishes were fantastic. He was able to personalise it with some etching. The knife arrived earlier than requested and was of fantastic quality. I was very impressed with both the product and service and would not hesitate in recommending APOSL in the future.

Thank you Alex @APOSL. APOSL made us a 8 chef knife, 5.5 nikiri, 3 parer and a bread knife as a gift from family for our wedding. The knives are incredible & so beautifully made. The engraving is detailed and a lovely touch, and the knives are so sharp. Id happily never use a different knife again!

APOSL helped to create a beautiful set of 3 knives for a wedding gift, the customer service and attention to detail meant we have given them something special and to treasure. We were able to personalise the knives and incorporate something to remember their wedding by, reducing the bride to tears!
